Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one with a shower room, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, and a shower room with toilet. Stylish furniture and decoration create a very family atmosphere. 1 baby bed and 1 high chair available. House adjoining a year-round rental. Illuminated pétanque court. Ping-pong table. Nearby, the Pony Club and the equestrian center allow practice at all ages and levels. Huge national forest (tree climbing course 4 km away) and marked hikes on site. Cycle route 3 km away. 6 km from Nevers (Ducal Palace, cathedral, pottery, Sainte-Bernadette Hunt). 12 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours circuit. Descent of the Loire by canoe or boat, with guided commentary on the fauna and flora specific to this river. We are attentive to our guests and can introduce them to the riches that our region has to offer, both in terms of culture and leisure and vineyards. Themed stays are possible. Park with very beautiful species of trees, some of which are two hundred years old. 'Motorcyclists Welcome' qualification: 3 helmets: you will find all the equipment for motorcycle maintenance as well as suggested riding routes, etc.
