Access to the cottage is via a pleasant veranda furnished with garden furniture and outdoor seating. On the ground floor, the living area comprises a lounge (with a sofa bed) and a dining area. A few steps lead to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (bathtub/toilet). Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a dressing room, a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed), a twin bedroom (two 90x190 cm beds), and a shower room (toilet/shower). Outside, a private, enclosed gravel courtyard provides space for parking, barbecues, and outdoor dining, or simply for relaxing on one of the sun loungers. There is also a children's play area. Linens are provided. Beds are made upon arrival, and heating and electricity are included. Firewood is available for €10 per basket. Small pets are welcome free of charge (€15 per stay for large dogs). A tour of the wine cellars can be arranged upon request. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland amusement park, 12 km from Bar-sur-Aube, and 45 km from Troyes, this gîte sleeps 6-8 people and is attached to the "Chez Georges" gîte, allowing for a combined accommodation of up to 12 people.

The price includes: Internet access, linens (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins), made beds, heating, and electricity.

The price does not include: Towels, end-of-stay cleaning, or the supplement for large dogs (€15 per stay per animal).
