Located in the village of Soulzbach-les-Bains, this brand-new house, built in 2023, welcomes you for a stay in the Vosges Mountains. This detached, two-story house has four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor (queen-size bed 160x200cm) with an en-suite shower room and separate toilet. The three other bedrooms (single beds 90x200cm) are upstairs with a shower room and separate toilet.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster) opening onto the living/dining room, a dining area, and a lounge area with a smart TV. There is direct, level access to the terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue. The house has a private garage (accessible with a code provided upon arrival) with space for one car, a bicycle, and a motorcycle. Slow charging point for electric vehicles (contact the owner for details). Ski equipment, hiking gear, and roof boxes can also be stored in the garage. An additional private parking space is available in front of the garage.
A baby cot and high chair are available in the cottage.
Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillows, and towels) and cleaning are included in the price. A hairdryer is provided. A seventh person can be accommodated upon request for an additional fee.

Ideally located at the foot of the Vosges Mountains and the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from Colmar and 5 minutes from Munster.
The cottage is not intended for parties.

The owners live in the house opposite the cottage.
