This holiday cottage for 6 people welcomes you to Soullans, in the Marais Breton (Breton Marsh), where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and landscapes of the marsh.

Discover the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, located 12 km away. The cottage is converted from a renovated barn, situated in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining two other cottages.

On the ground floor: living room with lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with four single beds that can be joined together), shower room with WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wi-Fi access.

Outside, you will have a private enclosed garden of 150 m² with a furnished terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two sun loungers). A covered multi-jet spa for 3 people with private access is included from May to September, and available as an option for €100 per week outside of this period.

Shared amenities: Heated swimming pool (3.6 x 9.6 m), open from May to September.

Fishing pier on site, accessible to people with reduced mobility. A donkey and sheep graze on the property.

Upon request, the La Bourrine and La Pibole cottages can be rented together. Four other cottages are also available on the property.

Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; Bed linen rental (single person): €10/bed/stay; Bed linen rental (double person): €15/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax, flat rate for electric heating: €10/day (payable on site).

Pets: €3.50/day/pet. Tourism & Disability label for 4 disabilities: Mental, Motor, Visual, Hearing.
