The "Mini Loft de Souhey" is located on the 1st floor of a small house (access via a slightly steep staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room. Very good quality sofa bed offering 2 additional beds (22 €/night/additional person - Contact the agency). Wi-Fi. No TV. Shower room with Italian shower. Separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 180X200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200 cm that can be joined together. Shared washing machine available on request. Baby equipment on request. Large indoor heated swimming pool (14.5 x 4.5 m) (from May to October depending on weather conditions) shared with guests of the guest rooms and the second gîte located on the estate. Infrared sauna (€25/30-minute session, payable on site). Large 16-hectare grounds: equestrian center, horseback riding and carriage rides; discovery of the region by high-end microlight, airplane, or autogyro; photo and video activities; table d'hôtes (activities to be reserved and paid for on site). A few minutes from Semur: Lac de Pont: a beach with facilities, water games, and many hiking trails nearby. Semur hosts medieval festivals and numerous summer activities.
