HOSSEGOR- Near "naturist" beach- Single storey villa on a large plot of 1500 m² "seaside style", just the road to cross to access the beach. The set is simple and rustic. The cycle path passes in front of the [hidden] classified by the departmental tourism committee.
Living room opening onto the covered terrace facing south – TV in German language only. Kitchen area separated by bar unit (fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher) with west window overlooking the garden – Cellar (washing machine). Bedroom 1 facing South: 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 2 facing East: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds pushed together. Shower room: shower and washbasin – WC – A cot and a high chair available – Locked garage for the owner's personal belongings. The whole is simple and basic, rental appreciated for its large garden, its proximity to the beach " naturists" and the cycle path.
Possibility to park a car in the field. Possibility of renting at all times of the year: provide heating package, contact us. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
