This detached, single-story house comprises: a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed, a separate WC, a shower room, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together. A laundry room is located in the garage. Outside: private parking in the enclosed courtyard, a small terrace at the front of the house, a garden, and a second terrace at the rear with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Numerous leisure activities and tourist attractions are nearby: hiking trails, the Burgundy Canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, and the Prenois motor racing circuit. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and the City of Gastronomy, is 25 minutes away.
