Located centrally within its extensive landscaped grounds, this holiday home
with a private pool in Sitges spans three floors, ideal for families seeking
tranquility and nature, friends looking to share intimate and fun moments, or
groups wanting to explore a bustling city or lively village while sleeping in
peaceful surroundings surrounded by greenery and a comfortable house, with a
ground floor that provides direct access to the large private pool.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The accommodation offers ample
privacy, a wonderful private garden with lawn, a communal garden with lawn, a
marvelous pool, stunning views of the countryside and mountains, and beautiful
views of the valley, street, and other buildings.

We recommend having a car for easier transportation, but it is not essential.
Everything can be done on foot.

* 3 weeks: 2 mid-stay cleanings (100 euros each) + Final cleaning 350 euros.

Tourist tax: 1 euro/adult/day (maximum 7 days).

Low season (October to April):

Heating: 300 euros, adjusted to actual consumption.

Monthly stays:

Utilities (water, electricity, gas): 800 euros, based on actual consumption.

Important:

The main villa accommodates up to 14 guests. It is possible to host up to 18
people by adding 2 extra beds in the main living room; however, this may affect
overall comfort.

For large groups, we recommend also renting the annex house. By doing so, no
extra-person supplement will be applied in the main villa.

New Year’s Eve Supplement:

* For stays including Christmas and/or New Year’s Eve, a 1,000-euro fee
applies.

Short stays (2–4 nights):

Short stays including Friday and Saturday night are not allowed (except in
low season).

XXL Jacuzzi (8 people at 36°C):

* From 15 April to 15 October (not available in June, July, August and
September): 450 euros/week

* From 15 October to 15 April: 300 euros/week
