stay. Our standard rental includes all essential services for a great vacation.
If you would like additional services, here is an overview of all optional
costs:

1. Payments

* A 3% fee applies to credit card payments

* No additional fees for bank transfers

2. Cleaning fees

* Final cleaning: 325 euros

* Mandatory mid-stay cleaning for stays over 1 week: 90 euros (2 people / 2
hours)

3. Tourist tax

* 1 euro per adult per day for the first 7 days of the stay (in accordance
with local regulations)

4. Additional utilities

* Monthly stays: 800 euros for electricity, gas, and water (adjusted based on
consumption)

* From November to April: 300 euros for heating and electricity (mandatory)

6. Late check-in

* Between 20:00 and 24:00: 45 euros surcharge

* After 24:00: 70 euros surcharge

7. Pets

* From 100 euros per dog / week (please contact us for details)

8. Security deposit

* Refundable deposit: 800 euros, returned 7 days after check-out

Additional guests: +20 euros/person/day (from 8 guests onwards)
