Charming, recently renovated and very comfortable stone country house for up to 8 people with a private swimming pool located within walking distance of the village of Siorac en Périgord, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.

This country house is set over two floors with a large living room and well-equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor. There are also two double bedrooms on this level, each with an en suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet and utility room.

The staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises of a sitting area, separate toilet and two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

Outside, through the French doors in the kitchen, you'll find a first terrace equipped with an awning and a large table, perfect for al fresco dining. From the living room, you have access to a second terrace with garden lounge furniture, overlooking the private swimming pool complete with its sunbathing area and parasols, offering stunning views over the Périgord countryside.
