On the Cholet/Nantes axis, ideally located at the crossroads of the three departments of Maine-et-Loire, Vendée and Loire-Atlantique, come and enjoy this modern and comfortable gîte, completely renovated in an old barn.

You will be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 1/4 hour from Cholet, 40 minutes from Nantes and 35 minutes from Puy du Fou. Without forgetting the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson which is only 25 minutes from the gîte.

The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and the living room, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm x 200cm bed and the other with 2 90cm x 200cm beds, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit as well as a separate toilet. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room and from the master bedroom allows you to enjoy your meals in the fresh air.
300 meters from the cottage there is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxation and barbecues (carp, roach and pike, etc.). A little further away is the “La Moine” river. Beautiful walks ahead!

The cottage designed for 4 people can accommodate 3 additional people thanks to the bed in the living room (sofa bed) and the pull-out bed in the second bedroom. Reservations for more than 4 people are made on request from the reservation center for a supplement of €50 per person per week.
The gîte is adjoining another gîte which can accommodate 2 to 4 people (H49G015761). By renting both gîtes, you can bring together up to 11 people spread over the two gîtes. The exterior spaces remain well separated, not overlooked and private, the same for the parking lot.
Non-private washing machine, to share with the neighboring gîte. Available for babies (high chair and travel cot).
