The kitchen, located next to the dining area, is fully equipped with everything needed and has a large window also overlooking an interior courtyard, bringing in natural light.

From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms: one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower; the other with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and also an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The area is quiet and safe, yet lively, surrounded by shops selling typical and artisanal products, restaurants, and terraces with a unique atmosphere to enjoy Sevillian cuisine.
