On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) opening onto a bar, a dining room (table, chairs, sideboard) with a large bay window opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with a washbasin, and a living room with a corner sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a master suite (double bed) with its own bathroom and terrace. A second bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people, and a third bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation has Wi-Fi access, a travel cot, and a high chair.
