Egalement appelé CAP LAZARET, cet ensemble de résidences a pour horizon, au-delà de la méditerranée, les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées avec son point le plus élevé le Canigou. Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
