The apartment consists of an entrance opening onto the living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), storage and kitchen area open to the living room (induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator), a bedroom with a 140 bed and storage cupboards. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine and toilet. Pleasant 5m² glazed loggia with garden furniture and a 180° view of the pond. Very pleasant for lunch.
