Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Comfortable three-room apartment of 36.83 m2 of living space and a glazed loggia of 7.44 m2, offering a sublime panoramic sea view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator.) The beaches are right in front of the residence with direct access from the residence. Shops are 500m away. The apartment consists of an entrance with a large cupboard/wardrobe. The living room is bright and has a sofa bed, sideboard, connected flat screen TV and WIFI. On the kitchen side it consists of 2 electric hobs, fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave oven, extractor hood, washing machine. In the first bedroom, there is a 140x200 double bed, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV ( only on with a DVD player.) In the second bedroom there is a 90 cm bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat screen TV. The residence is very pleasant and wooded. A parking space is provided for this apartment at No. 50, closed by an electric gate. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.) Town hall registration number: [hidden]
