Vacation rental in Sète: Spacious studio-cabin apartment of approximately 25m2 plus glazed loggia of 6m² with a tree-lined view. Loggia with garden table and chairs. 1st floor. Fine sand beach 300m away and shops 400m away. In the living room, you will find a sofa, a folding bed for 2 people, TV, and a kitchen area (2 induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine). In the cabin you will find 2 bunk beds. The bathroom includes a shower, sink and the WC is independent. Parking space provided at number 47. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
