Vacation rental in Sète: Lovely 20m² mezzanine studio (without the mezzanine) and an 8m² terrace with views of the sea and Mont Saint-Clair. Located on the top floor (with elevator), it faces southeast. The beaches are 150m away and shops are nearby.
The living room features a kitchenette (with two ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, and dishwasher), a sofa, and a television. The sleeping alcove is separate and airy with a double bed and a storage cupboard. The mezzanine is equipped with two single beds (note: the mezzanine has a low ceiling). The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Private parking is available at number 62. Pets allowed (€30). Late check-in possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
