Located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, this charming 19 m² studio apartment offers comfortable vacation accommodations, complemented by a 7.7 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and boasting a superb view of the Canal des Quilles. The beaches are just 600 m away, and shops are within easy walking distance. Apartment layout:
A sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, ideal for children or friends; a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette: two-burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine, double sofa bed, television; a bathroom with shower and sink; and a separate toilet. The west-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun. This comfortable, well-equipped studio with a lovely canal view is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday by the water.
