Holiday rental in Sète: Beautiful modern 3-bedroom villa. 80m² with one floor on a fenced plot. Located in a secure residence of 60 villas. Gardens. The villa is 800m from the beach, in the modern Villeroy district. On the ground floor: Living room with sofa, TV, table and chairs, and Wi-Fi; fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer; WC and a small bedroom with a sofa bed and wardrobe. Upstairs, you will find: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), TV, and wardrobe; 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and two wardrobes; bathroom and WC; a sheltered terrace. Air conditioning. Parking available in front of the house. 3-star rated house (sleeps 6). Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details). The residence's communal swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.
