The kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) for two people and storage space, and opens onto a 14m² terrace (garden furniture, parasol, patio set). This air-conditioned apartment includes a private indoor parking space, number 14 (maximum height 1.90m), a real bonus in the city center. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, the Sète market hall is nearby for lunch or shopping, the beaches are only 4km away (accessible by bus), and the train station is 750m away.
