Holiday rental in Sète: Superb 30m² (approx.) apartment with an integrated loggia, located in a quiet, tree-lined residence with sea views. It is on the 4th and top floor (with elevator). It comprises: a living room with a sofa, television, table and chairs; a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. The toilet is separate from the shower room (shower, sink). The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, two-burner ceramic hob, mini-oven, and washing machine.
Parking is available at number 29, secured by an automatic gate. Bicycle storage is available in the residence. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (5.5% of the rental price) and security deposit (€300) by card.
