Vacation rental in Sète: Bright, air-conditioned 24m² one-bedroom apartment with a 4.51m² loggia, located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a residence 500m from the beach. Enjoy a superb view of the Canal des Quilles from the terrace. The apartment is furnished with garden furniture.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The living area includes a sofa bed (sleeps 1), a dining area, and a television. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator. A separate sleeping area with direct access to the terrace features a double sofa bed and storage. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment has air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
