It comprises: a living room with a sofa and television; a bedroom with a sea view, a double bed, and a wardrobe; an entrance alcove with a sofa bed (130x190 cm); the toilet is separate from the bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine). The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and two-burner cooktop. A parking space is reserved for this apartment at number 24. The property is secured by an automatic gate. Bicycle storage is available in the residence. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
