Description of the accommodation

Beautiful modern air-conditioned 4-rooms villa of 90 m² with one floor on a fenced plot of land. In a secure residence of 60 villas and gardens. 800 meters away from the beach, in the modern district of Villeroy. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa, reversible air conditioning, a television, a table and chairs; a separate kitchen equipped with hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The fist bedroom has a 140cm bed and toilets. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe; and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a cupboard. Also a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a double sink and a toilet. A parking space is provided in front of the house. Swimming pool of the shared residence open from July 1st to August 31st, 2022
