Independent 150 m² cottage with high-quality amenities (premium bedding) in a 2-hectare wooded park. Unfenced 1500 m² fishing pond (carp fishing permitted, catch and release only). Entrance via a paved courtyard with three cottages sharing common outdoor spaces.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, pod coffee machine). Shower room.

Living room (105cm TV). Electric fireplace. Separate WC.

Downstairs: bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs: bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds and one 160x200cm double bed.

Three parking spaces on a private lot located 40 meters from the cottages (not attached to the cottages). Free parking is available in the alley. Bed linens, towels, and a shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) are provided.

20 km from the city of Versailles and its palace, and 10 km from Rambouillet (castle and gardens, hospital), you will be located on the northeastern edge of the Rambouillet forest. Nearby, discover the Vaux-de-Cernay site with its ponds, its 75-hectare park, and its magnificent abbey. 6 km away, the Château de Breteuil will delight all members of the family.
For a day trip to Paris, take the Essarts-le-Roi train station (7 km away), Line L, to Montparnasse station in 45 minutes.
