This holiday cottage is located in a converted watermill, its authentic character preserved. The entrance is on the ground floor, a 50 sq m (538 sq ft) room. Upstairs: an open-plan kitchen/living room with a lounge (television, internet). On the second floor: two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Indoor ping-pong table.

Enclosed 45 sq m (484 sq ft) garden with garden furniture. Private parking.

Located in the southern part of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, in the commune of Sémelay, 9 km (3 miles) from the spa town of Saint-Honoré-les-Bains (wellness center, casino), the Moulin de Montécot enjoys an exceptional natural setting and offers easy access to the main tourist attractions of the park and the region. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous opportunities nearby: cycling, mountain biking, walking, and along the Canal du Nivernais greenway cycle route. Bibracte, a Gaulish archaeological park, is 30 km away, encompassing an archaeological site and a museum dedicated to the Celtic world. Château-Chinon, the capital of the Morvan region, is 35 km away, home to a costume museum and the Septennat Museum. Autun, a Gallo-Roman city, is 37 km away.
