Beautiful house in Selva, located in a natural setting so that you can relax and fully enjoy your stay on the island.

Its interior is nice and cosy, with two bedrooms and capacity for four people, two full bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living-dining room so that they feel at home.

On its exterior, you will find a splendid terrace where you will undoubtedly enjoy to the fullest the temperatures that the island offers us. It also has a chill-out area where you can relax with your family or friends. On the other hand, the pool is located in the highest area of the property, which is why it is always sunny, from there you can relax thanks to the beautiful views of nature and the Tramuntana Mountains, recently declared a World Heritage Site for its great natural wealth.

This property is ideal for enjoying with children, as it has a large outdoor area with trees and plants.

As previously mentioned, it is located in Selva, a picturesque village situated at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, nature, and Mallorcan authenticity. Surrounded by mountains, olive groves, and green landscapes, it offers a privileged environment perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the calm of the island.

Its cobblestone streets, stone houses and traditional charm create a cosy atmosphere, where time seems to stand still. It is a perfect place to discover local gastronomy in its restaurants, stroll leisurely and immerse oneself in the most authentic Mallorcan culture.

Moreover, its excellent location allows easy access to both hiking and cycling routes in the Sierra de Tramuntana and the beaches of the northern part of the island. It is also located just a few minutes from Inca, offering all necessary services.

It is located just 50 minutes from the airport and half an hour from the beaches of Alcúdia and Can Picafort, known throughout the island for their great charm, their kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00

A deposit of 100 euros will be required for stays equal to or less than 1 week.
For stays of more than 2 weeks, the deposit will be 200 euros.

-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
