In this small village, home of the pressure cooker, a detached house on two levels, located in a former farmhouse. 10m² veranda. Dining room with kitchenette. Living room with sofa bed. Wood-burning stove. Bathroom with toilet. 1 bedroom upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single pull-out beds). Enclosed courtyard and large shared 600m² wooded garden with swings. Enclosed courtyard in front of the cottage with an electric gate. Parking for 3 cars.
All shops nearby. Hiking in the surrounding forests. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, and also 30 minutes from Langres, a fortified town.
Charges and supplements: Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay. Kitchen linens: €2. Electric heating and electricity (8 kWh/day included) are subject to meter readings and are between €60 and €100 per week. Basket of wood: €5 / stere of wood: €50. Maximum 1 pet allowed.
