Located 30 km from Dijon and Langres, in a village with all amenities, the Chalet de la Combe Sainte-Anne, nestled within a large, enclosed 1-hectare property (which also houses the owners' residence), offers: on the ground floor: a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pellet stove. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washing machine. A separate WC. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and dressing room, and one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, are two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), ideal for one or two children. The cottage has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated.

At the front, a large, bright veranda opens onto a lovely private, shaded area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. Private parking on the property. Baby equipment available upon request (travel cot, high chair, and changing table). Pets are not allowed.

Nearby: Hiking trails start directly from the cottage. Enjoy a lovely walk to the Combe Sainte-Anne and its small chapel. Close to the historic villages of Grancey-le-Château and Salives. Sources of the Seine and Coquille rivers. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and home to the Cité de la Gastronomie (City of Gastronomy), is 35 minutes away. Langres, a charming town with its ramparts and historic center, is 30 minutes away.
