Ten minutes from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, in a peaceful little village in the Auxois region, the "Chez le Paul Jacques" gîte, a semi-detached house adjoining the family home, has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor (accessed by stairs): entrance hall, shower room, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. Wi-Fi.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room with WC. Reversible air conditioning upstairs. Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, potty, and changing mat.
Terrace and garden currently being landscaped (as of February 9, 2026). Private parking in front of the gîte (4 spaces) + garage. Bicycle storage available in the garage.
Ten minutes from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois (fortified gates, ramparts, keep, steep alleyways). Four kilometers away: Le Nid à la Caille lake: beach, supervised swimming, games. Cycle path along the Burgundy Canal. A few kilometers away: the medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Alésia Museum-Park, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin. Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Montbard water park. TGV train station 15 minutes away.
