In Seignosse le Penon, completely renovated one-bedroom apartment, at the foot of the Landes dunes and shops, ideal for a holiday on foot. It consists of a bright and spacious living room with a sofa, and a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed. You will also discover an equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, small electric oven, etc.) as well as than a bathroom.

The accommodation is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price and are €20/person
End of stay cleaning is not included in the rates (except July/August) and costs €100.
