Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, it features a tastefully decorated living room with a 160cm sofa bed, opening onto a south-facing balcony. You will also find an open-plan equipped kitchen area and a bathroom. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are not included in the price.
