The living space opens onto a west-facing balcony with an open view of the dunes and, to the right, the water park – a pleasant spot to enjoy the end of the day.

The lounge includes a trundle bed and a television.

The cabin-style bedroom (without window) is cleverly arranged with a double bed (140 cm) topped with a single bunk bed, making it ideal for a couple with one child. The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, and WC.

This property offers many advantages: recent renovation, functional layout, lively surroundings without direct noise (the water park is set to the right, further away), and a prime location to enjoy everything on foot.
