Located in a residence (no elevator) close to shops and the ocean, it features an entrance hall, a pleasant, tastefully decorated living room with air conditioning opening onto a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a mezzanine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a small adjoining bedroom (4 m²) with bunk beds (90 cm).

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to lay down your towel. For convenience, there are showers, beach huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to keep an eye on you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much faster to get to the market. The bike path called La Vélodyssée runs through the entire neighborhood. It's shared with joggers, rollerbladers, and skaters.
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2,800 m² of pools.
