In the heart of Seignosse ocean Le Penon, a stone's throw from the beach and the pleasant water park, apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence without elevator. You will enjoy a living room with a dining area, a 140 cm sofa bed and an equipped open-plan kitchen, all opening onto a beautiful 10m² furnished terrace facing south. The sleeping area includes an independent bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a chest of drawers and a bathroom with WC.

Optional services to be planned before arrival:
