In Seignosse, small terraced house on one level, completely renovated, comprising on the ground floor a living room with 140 cm convertible sofa, a dining room with TV corner opening onto a large furnished terrace and an equipped kitchen area. Upstairs you will discover a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bedroom with a large 140 cm bed opening onto a balcony and a bathroom.
Private access to the residence's tennis court.
Access to a cycle path just 10 m away.
