In a converted barn, this 80m² gîte is located 500m from the Belgian border.

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge with freezer compartment, pod coffee machine), living room with sofa and 146cm flat-screen TV, separate WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm bed (cannot be separated) and the other with two 90x200cm beds (can be made into a 160x200cm bed), bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, heated towel rail, and double vanity. Separate WC. Office area with a quality sofa bed for one person.
Terrace with a private, enclosed garden of approximately 70m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Secure private parking spaces.
Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer (shared with another gîte). Wi-Fi.
