Detached stone house with a garden, courtyard, and enclosed parking. Located in a quiet village, you can enjoy lovely countryside views from the terrace.

On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Two staircases lead to the upper floor. On one side, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a bathroom, and a toilet. On the other side, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) that can be separated into two single beds (80cm), and a shower room with a toilet. Cots are available.

Indoor cellar, laundry room, and storage room. Barbecue and swing. Bed linen rental and end-of-stay floor cleaning are available upon request. This accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Dijon is 20 minutes away. Nuits-Saint-Georges and Clos de Vougeot are 30 minutes away via the Hautes-Côtes. Easy access via the A38 motorway. Shaded paths are nearby. The Burgundy Canal is 5 km away, with a cycle path leading to Lake Kir in Dijon! The Ouche Valley, castles, the Alésia Museum-Park, and numerous leisure activities are all within easy reach (hiking, horseback riding, golf, paragliding, kayaking, etc.).
