Located in the hills above Savigny-les-Beaune, a renowned wine-growing village, the "Savigny Vineyard View" cottage boasts exceptional views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. Access is via a steep driveway (the cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children). This small, contemporary house comprises: a living room with armchairs, TV, and 4G internet access (Airbox) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. A large bay window leads to a lovely wooden terrace. There is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, and direct views of the vineyards. French doors open onto a second, smaller terrace. A semi-open pergola houses a hot tub and also offers vineyard views. Sun loungers, garden furniture, a parasol, and an electric barbecue are provided. There is one private parking space in front of the cottage. A second cottage for two people is located on the same property (with no overlooking from the terrace). An ideal location for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards...

Savigny-lès-Beaune, situated on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 4 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines and home to the famous Hospices, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous restaurants, wine cellars, and museums (Wine Museum, Fallot Mustard Factory, etc.) are nearby. Enjoy walks through the vineyards or cycle through the vineyards. Also worth discovering is Beaune's beach area: 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, and a climbing wall. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and home to the Cité de la Gastronomie (City of Gastronomy), is 40 km away.
