A 400 hectare plot of land and woods is located 500m from the property where you can go on numerous hikes and follow a Landart trail and a dry stone hut trail. Many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area, such as Brantôme (the Venice of Périgord), St. Jean-de-Côle, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France," as well as Périgueux (City of Art and History), or the Château de Hautefort and its famous gardens.
