In a quiet, wooded area, the 'Clef des Bois' and 'Chez Margot' gîtes are the ideal place for your family and friends gatherings. These are 2 gîtes 100 m apart and can accommodate a total of 16 people. The main house 'La Clef des Bois' (21G974) is independent and will allow you to enjoy your meals together in a friendly atmosphere. Ground floor: large living and dining room with central fireplace. Equipped kitchen. A bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (2 twin beds 80 x 200) with adjoining shower room and WC. A separate WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each equipped with 2 twin beds 80x200, with private shower rooms and WC. Sheltered terrace and garden. Parking. Unheated swimming pool (4 x 10 m) shared with the owners, open from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] and from May 1st to September 30th, weather permitting. 'Chez Margot' (21G866) is a renovated, detached house near the owners' residence. Beautiful fitted kitchen. Living room opens onto the terrace and garden. Three pleasant bedrooms, each with two 80 x 200 cm beds that can be combined to form a queen-size bed. Shower room. Separate toilet. Folding bed, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath available upon request.

For the enjoyment of nature lovers, numerous activities are available: forest walks, mountain biking, observing local flora and fauna, and the deer rut in September. Sources of the Seine, Bèze Caves. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, is 20 minutes away and is a listed City of Art and History. It features a vast protected area, the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philip the Good Tower, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel, and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl Cultural Trail, the Archaeological and Fine Arts Museums, and an equestrian center in the village.
