In a quiet, wooded area, this fully renovated, detached single-story house is located near the owners' residence. A beautiful fitted kitchen is perfect for family dinners and lunches. The living room opens onto the terrace and garden.

3 pleasant bedrooms, each with two 80 x 200 cm beds that can be combined to form a queen-size bed. Shower room. Separate toilet. Parking and a 750 m² private garden directly overlooking the natural surroundings and forest.

Access to an unheated swimming pool (4 x 10 m) shared with the owners and another gîte 100 m away, open from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] and from May 1st to September 30th, weather permitting. A folding crib, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath are available upon request.

For the enjoyment of nature lovers, numerous activities are available: forest walks, mountain biking, observing local flora and fauna, and the deer rut in September. Sources of the Seine, Bèze Caves. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, is 20 minutes away and is a designated City of Art and History. It features a vast protected area, the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philip the Good Tower, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel, and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl Cultural Trail, the Archaeological and Fine Arts Museums, and an equestrian center in the village.
