Description of the accommodation

Gite Saussy, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-519

In a quiet, wooded area, this fully renovated, detached, single-story house is located near the owners' residence. It features a beautiful fitted kitchen, perfect for family meals and dinners. The living room opens onto the terrace and garden.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (160 cm). There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. Parking and a private 750 m² garden offer direct access to the surrounding nature and forest.

Guests have access to a shared, unheated swimming pool (4 x 10 m) with the owners and another gîte 100 m away. The pool is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, from May 1st to September 30th, weather permitting. A folding bed, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath are available upon request.

For nature lovers, numerous activities are available: forest walks, mountain biking, wildlife and flora observation, and deer rutting season in September. Sources of the Seine, Bèze caves. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, is 20 minutes away and is designated a City of Art and History: a vast protected area, the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel, and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl Trail, archaeological and fine arts museums... Equestrian center in the village.

Charges and supplements: Towels: €5 per person per stay. Oil heating based on meter reading (8 kWh/day included).
