Gite Saulon-la-Rue, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1163

Located in a peaceful neighborhood about ten kilometers from Dijon and equidistant from the renowned Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards, this detached house is ideal for a stay in the heart of Burgundy.

On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to two distinct areas: on one side, a cozy and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV; on the other, a dining room adjoining a functional kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. A portable electric oven is located in the garage. There is also a separate WC.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and WC. A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) leads through to a large, air-conditioned attic bedroom with a sleeping area featuring a double bed (160 cm) and a library/playroom area (separated by a curtain) equipped with a sofa bed (additional bed €15/night/person).

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with garden furniture.

Parking is available for two vehicles on the property (and one in a closed garage).

Pets are welcome, but please note: the partially enclosed grounds (due to the height of the fence) may not be suitable for small dogs (€8/day/pet).

Bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity are included.

A closed garage is available for storing sports equipment or bicycles.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
