Gite Saulon-la-Rue, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1163

Located in a peaceful neighborhood about ten kilometers from Dijon and equidistant from the famous Gevrey-Chambertin vineyard, this detached house is ideal for a stay in the heart of Burgundy.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to two distinct spaces: on one side, a cozy and comfortable living room equipped with a flat-screen television. On the other, a dining room adjoining a functional kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The electric oven is located in the garage. There is a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a bedroom with a 140 x 190cm double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), which leads through to a large air-conditioned attic bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm) and a library/games room area (separated by a curtain) equipped with a sofa bed (additional bedding €15/night/person).

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant garden with garden furniture.

Parking for two vehicles on the property (and one in a secure garage).

Pets are welcome, but please note: the partially enclosed grounds (due to the height of the fence) may not be suitable for small dogs (€8/day/pet).

Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity are included.

Secure garage for sports equipment or bicycles.
