On the ground floor, a 30m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the leather lounge. Flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and office space. This room offers direct access to the private enclosed garden, furnished with garden furniture and an electric barbecue, and shaded by a wooden pergola. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the sleeping area is via a beautiful wooden spiral staircase, featuring a 180x200cm bed and a second flat-screen TV. Small garage available.

The laundry room with washing machine is accessible upon request and shared by several accommodations.
