The "CAMPAGNE" apartment, combining authenticity and comfort, is a perfect single-story residence for four people (family or friends) and ideal for a remote working stay. It features a 33m² living area with a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge. A flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided) complete the living space. The lounge offers direct access to two private terraces furnished with garden furniture. The garden is shared with the other guests (swing and fire pit). The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large anti-fog mirror. There is a separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine. Two bedrooms, each with a desk and a double bed. The icing on the cake: an exercise bike for your daily fitness. Secure storage for bicycles and strollers. Private parking alongside the house.

At the foot of the Morvan mountains and on the legendary Route Nationale 6, Saulieu offers the advantages of both town (market and shops within walking distance, cultural attractions, luxury spa, restaurants, etc.) and countryside (the great lakes of the Morvan, authentic villages, castles, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, etc.).
