The 33m² living area features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. There's a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The living room offers direct access to two private terraces equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden is shared with the occupants of the other gîtes. There's a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large anti-fog mirror. A separate toilet is also available. Laundry area with washing machine. Two bedrooms, each with a desk and a double bed. The icing on the cake: an exercise bike for your daily fitness routine. Secure storage for bicycles and strollers. Private parking alongside the house.

At the foot of the Morvan mountains and on the legendary Nationale 6, Saulieu offers the advantages of both a city (market and shops nearby and within walking distance, cultural visits, luxury spa, restaurants, etc.) and the countryside (large Morvan lakes, authentic villages, castles, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, etc.).
