Spacious family cottage in Saulieu with parking and garden

Located in the center of Saulieu, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this large cottage is the ideal place to gather with family or friends.
On the ground floor, there is a 50 m² living room with a well-equipped kitchen with utensils and tableware for cooking enthusiasts.
Living/dining area. Flat-screen TV/Netflix. Pellet stove (pellets provided). One bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed and a bathroom with an adjoining toilet.

On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms (two with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed), one of which has a private bathroom and walk-in shower (laundry area: washing machine and dryer). A second bedroom has a bathroom and shower. Separate toilet on the landing. Fans in each bedroom.

On the second floor, a common area with a kitchenette leads to two bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm beds. A bedroom with three 90x190cm beds is also available. A shower room and toilet are also available. Air conditioning is provided.

Enclosed outdoor area with private, secure parking. Garden furniture, two grills, and children's games are available.
A small covered garden lounge with table football is available.

Cleaning, linens, sheets, heating, and electricity are included in the price.
Optional towels: €3 per person.

This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Don't miss the Romanesque Basilica of Saint-Andoche: its sculpted capitals will charm you. A bonus: Saulieu is also the capital of the Christmas tree! The town is also close to the large lakes and rivers of the Morvan (Settons and Chamboux lakes), which invite you to hike and practice calm waters.

Bicycles can be stored in a secure outbuilding.
