Description of the accommodation

Villa Sarzeau, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-775-20

Halfway between St. Jacques beach and the village of Sarzeau with its shops, in a quiet little hamlet, this single-story house of approximately 100 m² was fully renovated in 2017. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with a central island, a four-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and filter coffee maker. There is also a living/dining room with a TV, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.

The opposite wing houses a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), a separate toilet, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe (shelves/hanging space), and access to the terrace complete this level.
The garden, approximately 500 m², is enclosed only on the terrace side (partly by fencing and partly by hedges). The terrace is equipped with an awning and garden furniture. PETS: Only small dogs allowed. No cats.
End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a security deposit of €800.
